There are no mistakes

I have moved to Wetaskiwin AB. Life has been a whirl wind for the past month. So much has taken place, and it feels like my bus has driven through rough terrain; but I am here! I have had my moments, wondering if I have made a grave mistake; oh how I miss my yogini friends in Vernon BC and I miss my Yin Yoga too!

Story Time:

I'm outside my new home in the front raking my leaves on a glorious warm day early November, I have Boo with me and I am attempting to teach him to stay in the yard while I work. I notice a women coming down the walk way with a dog on a leash. I scrambled to pick up Boo before he ran after her and her dog.
She says to me; "My dog won't hurt your dog, she is scared of dogs". I explain what I'm trying to teach Boo, and she says; "Your name wouldn't be Cindy would it?" I pause, and look at her and say; "Peggy?" I get goose bumps all up my spine. Peggy was my best friend 27 years previous. I was in awe for the rest of the day. Can you believe that she lives 3 blocks away from my home in Wetaskiwin? We have since had dinner together and today on (11/11/11) we are heading to Camrose to attend a fruit and nut fair from the Okanagan. Talk about a small world! It never ceases to amaze me how all is as it should be. There are NO mistakes, and we are pre-destined. Our story already is, it unfolds daily.  If you have had a similar experience, blog with me, let me know.
All is well
Cindy.

The Path of least resistance

It is said that... "whatever we resist persists". I noticed on my own personal journey that whenever an "issue" surfaced over and over again, usually it meant that I had not learned the lesson that was presented and if I wanted any peace at all I must pay attention to what the lesson was teaching me. A wise mentor also said to me; "wherever God has you he has you in a learning situation and it is your job to ask what you are to learn". The path of least resistance is when I can say YES to what is opposed to ignoring or resisting the sign posts. What is your experience on this topic?

All is well
